Writer's Block
They say when you can't write,
it is a little thing called writer's block--
but i,
i think writer's block
is but myth.
I think the thing we all call
writer's block
is just too many ideas
crowding your mind;
too many for you to handle--
too many for you to pick one.
They are all there, yet you have no access.
The ideas, they are like
a million bees in a hive.
They will keep on coming
and coming
until finally,
the hive is too full
and the one last bee that cannot fit
escapes the crowded hive.
That is your sweet release;
That is when your ideas begin to come free once more.
That one little bee
is someone else's treasureing thought;
a glorious idea
waiting to be acted upon.
They say when you can't write,
It is a little thing called writer's block--
but i,
i think writer's block
is but myth.
