Hollow graves,
at our feet,
once again,
we face defeat.
no big deal,
another dead soldier,
another man's life,
cut down to be over.
friends are crying,
the family is lost,
but his fellow troops,
had the real loss.
a great friend,
a great soldier,
another war,
will it ever be over?
Though we all know,
the armies are strong,
but a burning passion,
can only last so long.
