Road eyes
I have reached the maximum,
the pupils that have seen too much
on explorations
flow into the uncommon, still,
after making mutiny out of
broken glass, it’s time
that I see clearer.
The posh of spectacles
encounter all but my retinas.
They reach and strain, but
they cannot declaim pictures,
wretched allergies of emotions
parch the empty space and
folded creases envelope
shape.
If it’s medicine that I need,
Then I guess I’ll stay
Drowsy, noiseless, and
Unaware of the sunlight.
I want to be conscious,
To watch me smile.
Embarking on the journey
is not only breathtaking,
but the eye drops of
time, would have to fill my agenda.
