Do you ever think about me?
Its a simple question
yes,
or no.

Do you ever think of what we had
thoes three years
thrown away.
Do you ever think of me?

Does a memory
ever flash across your mind?
When you hear of my name
what does your heart do?

Do you ever think of me
as much as I do you?
Do you ever imagine
what could have happned?

Do you ever look back on your past
and say to yourself
"I miss her"
or do you say "Who was that"

Do you even remember my name
or my favorite color?
Do you remember how we met
and how we progressed?

I do.
I remember all of you.
So do you ever think of me?
"No, I try not to."

this sounds exactly like what went through my head as i as having a conversation with an ex. his response was exactly the same.
