Sunsets
I’ve taken advantage of the sunsets
I have used them for my stories
Of growing up, growing old, or just being
They have conquered my poems as a sense of
Romance and Love
The sunsets have been watched many times
But never appreciated
Now there is finally a meaning
At the end of the day
Bad or good
The sunset is there to remind you
The beauty of everything
It tells us the start to a new day
Has hope
And though our day has been bad
The setting of our sun makes everything
Worthwhile
So I’ve learned to appreciate the sunsets
For what they really are
Not love, not friendship, not a feeling
But something even greater
Life
