watching the world
i watched the world today,
 like any other day.
i watched the people in it,
and all the things they do.

 i watched with curious eyes.
 i watched not knowing how,
 not knowing why.
i set there in my own safety,
i set and did i care?

then i took a look up,
 at that brilliant sky.
 i stared into the sun,
 i stared into the stars.

 all the people in it,
 living on there lives.
 my world seems frozen,
 frozen within time.

 like i never move,
 but yet i never stop.
 always have i helped,
 but have i ever lived?

 these feelings they express,
 the feelings i'v never had.
 i watch the world today,
 like any other day.

 everything thats done,
 and everything i'v never
 did.
