"Poetry is meant to be read aloud"
I can't remember where I read this but it is the truth of the matter.

And the little boy cries on
the sidewalk for the loss of the
worms, dried out by the sun after a rain.

Eat them! the birds cry
into the dark of the tree tops and the inside of
his head. Their words become echoes in his
brain.

Life isn't measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments which take your breath away.

You are only as strong as your weakest link.

It is kind of creepy...I can't really put it into words. But good poem!

"The reason for your unreasonable treatment of my reason so enfeebles my reason that I have reason to complain of your reason" ~ Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra

This almost has a dark/cryptic feel to it.  Interesting, creepy.  I enjoyed it.
