The Red Walls
I see red spots on the wall
They don't
I see the body on the floor
They don't
It's a girl with long hair
Though you can hardly tell with it being a mangled mess
Her body's sprawled on the floor
Looks as if she struggled in her final hour
There's a blood stain all about her
Probably has been dead for hours
I get up to get a closer look
They think I'm an idiot looking at the bare floor
But I don't care
The blood seems to have spewed outward from the neck
Looks like it could have been a homicide
Unless she really hated her life
And did it herself
Creepy yet thrilling thought
Oh well, only the house knows
With it's red walls....
