Core of affections
August 20, 2010

I hold you in my heart,
 Caressed and treasured.
 Tenderly sheltered
 From all harm.
 I love you forever,
 I care for you always.
 For you are mine.

In its brevity it holds the simplicity and complexity of affection. It was written in such a way that it was almost like the words weren't even there. I was just witnessing love. I... think that's good.
