Pink Bicycles
Pink bicycles are for little girls,
 Who have big hopes,
 And winding curls.
 They stand sturdy while pretty,
 Always on the move,
 Rust is the enemy,
 We’ve so much to lose.

 Its rarity is singular
 And nothing in particular.

 For years and years
 This tandem’s a trooper,
And the bond can’t be mimicked
 With any old scooter,
Save my pink bike from its fatal rust
Don’t let things fade to black,
 Dawn is darker than dusk.

 Its rarity is singular
 And nothing in particular.
