What is this that we see?
What is it that we know?
Something that has no bounds
It hurts yet it sets people free
You tell me and I get mad
You don’t tell me and I get hurt
Everybody knows about it but they don’t want to
Some can see it but others are blind to it
It has no sound
What is this?
This is the unforgiving truth
