Still Scared And Alone
The sting in the back of my throat
Warns me it's time to go
Write another poem
About the same girl
Feeling pathetic, feeling so insecure
Feelings that were not there before
She robbed them with her smile
Deafened me from hearing her laugh
What is it that i'm missing, what did i not have
I try and i try
But you and everyone else just pry and pry
Till my soul blisters and veins pop
I hate hearing happy songs when i'm like this
Walk out of the artificial light and towards an empty field
The night begins to fade
The sky becomes your face, the stars your eyes
Blood pumps to the beat
My soul looks for escape
I may look confident
But i am so scared and alone

You're never alone<3
I love this poem. It's deep. I can just imagine how you feel right now.
