"Why are you so busy trying to fit in when you were born to stand out?"

The tree’s stand still,
The wind is hushed;
We’ve killed another flower.
Its petals close up,
It falls to the ground.
All of this happens without a sound.

This poem helps express my sadness towards the way we treat the earth.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.

Dream like you will live forever, live like you will die today.

Trees doesn't need an apostrophe, but that's all I'll say about grammar, except for saying the period after flower is very fitting. I like the last sentence, because I feel like it represents people not caring when such sad moments happen. Nice!

Short, and to the point. :) I know you made it so it was supposed to be about the earth, but I took it in a different perspective. You could take this poem and pull out so many meanings from it, which I love. Good job!
