The seasons scare nature's creations.
Trees do what they're told,
as the leaves burn scarlet and gold.

The sun sleeps beneath the icy horizon
while the moon keeps her eyes open
waiting for the warmth to come.
Hoping for an eclipse of the sun.
Together for only moments before parting again
and never wanting it to end.
But time forbids a forever
and fades the memories.
Slowly scenes blend.

Winters come and summers go
and nature repeats its flow.
The flowers bloom, then find their doom.

But don't give up hope,
Your pictures will help me cope.
