Goodbye
You see the people on the sidewalks
Dry swallowing drugs and lighting cigarettes
They disappear, more and more each
They die from the poison they put in
It’s the biggest epidemic in the US
But it’s not the people on the sidewalks causing it
It’s the pretty girls at my school
The boys who have nothing better to do
The parents who fight every day
Take their own children’s good lives away
 Their intentions get distorted
And soon enough they’re just like their parents
And add on to the epidemic
 Goodbye, they say
Goodbye heart, goodbye brain, goodbye my best friend
 Goodbye
