falling
I'm falling once more
I ride my high like waves
I play the game with no saves
Up down
Riding the chemicals like a carnival ride
Going down on a hazardous slide
On gentle wings I fly
Through thunderous skies
I have ivory white lies
I'm digging deep within my soul
And leaves a sorrow filled hole
I'm crawling on the floor
Searching for the bathroom door
The only sounds I hear are lighter strikes
All my nerves stand on edge like spikes
I'm living life through impulse
Waiting for my heart to stop the pulse
I am awakening
Through my facade breaking
I'm falling once more
Bloody battered and sore
