The Fire

It consumed everything.
Everything and everyone that was…
Precious to me.
It started inside,
In the kitchen.
I ran to try and put it out…
But…I wasn’t fast enough.
They arrived and dragged me out
I ran back toward my burning house.
To try and save everybody.
They held me back and…
I watched everybody,
All of my…family…die.
All because of…
The Fire.
