Testing MAG
Feet
walking running tripping falling
in love
with the way your legs clumsily erect your entirety
the way your feet move closer to me.
we lock eyes
and you kind of smile … it holds a bit of mischief
as if to say, “not yet!”
as if your feet
are stepping only on the tiles
that are ruddy and
unpolished
just like the heart you'll be stepping
all over
soon.

Wow. I really liked the imagery I got from this poem, like a puppet jerking up toward another puppet.
This is really good, congrats on getting published! :D
