Greed: The Rich and The Poor
It's a mix of faces
Some happy, some sad
It's all the voices
Whispering what they wish they had
They want the world
Always more than they need
They say it's a habit
But it's nothing but greed
It knows no bounds
It spreads its roots
It suffocates society
We have no defense, our mind's in cahoots
Some pain for money
That's what they all say
But they never realize
They're blowing everyone away
It has existed forever
And it will always be here
Be a good person
And the paths for others will be clear
Settle for what you have
And take only what you need
It'll help in the end
The dispelling of greed
