Escape
I want to escape from the storm,
That patters against my sill
The one that shake, and quakes and breaks
Everything that is still.
I want to escape from this ocean
The one that consumes your every breath
The salty air and gentle rush
Is all that’s left after a quick and precise death.
I want to escape from this house
Where your wrath runs free
I want to reach a brand new life
Where I am not blind, nor weak to a degree.
I want to escape from this pain
Where I can focus on none
I need the earth, the purest woods
And a fresh burst of a hot sun.
