Just A Girl...
I’m just a girl, as ordinary as they come,
Yet I feel so extraordinary right now.
I can’t sing, dance, act or draw
But I can do one thing as well as anyone else.
I can love, I feel passion and I can feel my heart beating as you talk.
With you my mouth opens; spouting rubbish,
But still you listen.
With you my feet tangle and trip,
But you still pull me up.
With you my laugh is loud and cringe worthy,
But you laugh with me; never at me.
I’m just a girl, as ordinary as they come,
Yet I feel so extraordinary right now.
