The Essence of Purity
Laying here in a bed of grass
The wind blows by my ears and cheeks
The ocean blue sky has puffy white clouds the color of an edelweiss that moves like ships on an open sea
I pick up my feet and dance
to the music of the radio that sings like radiant morning doves
and as open and freely as a wild violet.
My brunette hair bounces and my grass stained sundress sways with my feet as I take off running
Running like a blue jay flies at the start of spring
It's like a scene from a movie
Perfection is the sweetest and most natural beauty we posses
Were just to obsessed with superficial things which, naturally,
are imperfect
It's capturing the scene of pure innocence
a day in my summer
