"How do you feel? That is the question, but I forget you don't expect an easy answer. When something like a soul becomes initialized and folded up like paper dolls and little notes you can't expect a bit of hope..."
-Stone Sour "Through the Glass"

To frail to find a wisp of life,
behind my swollen, lifeless eyes.
I'm stuck behind my bruised lids,
I'm drowning deep within you lies.

To whisk away a single breath
or hide inside a hollow shell.
Lips painted with lip gloss black,
kiss a tiny glimpse of hell.

Such tender touches exchanged,
sweet fingertips glide through my veins,
pounding through my heart,
leaving me in unspeakable pains.

How can my breath freeze my lungs?
Why must you take all control?
This body was once mine.
I was once considered whole.

Every piece that you break down,
every pump of blood that you hold back,
every tear streaming down my cheeks,
are just another part of me you stole.

This poem I wrote because it amazes me how there are times where a person can change another person so easily because of love, but its not only the fact that people change other people that surprises me, it is also how. I mean, everyday there is a person that changes in ways that aren't good, because they think they'll be loved for it.
