The sun stands high
The waves stoop low
Palm trees wave to passerby
There’s an island in the middle of the ocean

Half buried by sand
Half covered by brush
Volcano-Formed Land
There’s an island in the middle of the ocean

There’s an island in the middle of the ocean
Teeming with life
So colorful, rich with beauty
Even the stars glow at night
There’s an island in the middle of the ocean

There’s an island in the middle of the ocean
My friends and I live there
Carefree and worry-less
There’s peace, happiness, and Care
On the island in the middle of the ocean
