A Game Well Played
Just another time
Yet another lie
Forcing to believe
That is was meant to be
Drilled in my mind
Imprinted on my heart
Every decision
Tears me apart
One after another
The way you make me feel
Can't be there for eachother
No time for wounds to heal
Like waching paint dry
Or watching grass grow
Its useless to deny
That I put on a great show
Try to see different
But end up with pain
Put on a fake smile
Hope something will gain
I forgive and forget
And it comes to an end
But will I ever be forgiven
For my game of pretend?
