What If?
Every time something happens,
the same question pops into my head:
What if?
What if it never happened?
What if I could take it all back?
What if I could do it all over again?
What if...?
I shouldn't let them get to me,
but they do anyways.
And just when I get rid of them,
the questions come back.
Although I don't know why
certain events happen,
I do know God has plans for me,
and that everything happens for a reason.
Even if that reason
forever remains unknown.
What if I knew all the reasons?
What if I had all the answers?
What if I could have prevented it?
Here I go again.
What if...?
