"God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way."

My secret place is where I can be
Open and free,
This place is where I feel warm and
Happy. Nothing's quite like it, all the bad times are
Erased and in the past,
Right here is where the memories last. If there's pain, my mom would
Say, "Everything's gonna be alright baby!"

Away in my mind, so the world's behind,
Ready to run back to my secret place anytime. Great
Moments are here. Great
Stories are told, this is a place I love and always go.

I wrote this poem about my mom last year. I love her so much. I'm gratefull that she's still here. At first it was a class assignment, but I made it into my own. Hope you like it!

Thank you very much! But I did use quotes when I was typing it. Idk what happen. Lol But it's this short because it says, Mothers Arms, if you read down the first letter of every sentence.

This poem should be a little longer and you should use actual quotes instead of "&qout." On the positive side there were some great lines such as: "This place is where I feel warm and Happy. Nothing's quite like it, all the bad times are Erased and in the past," These lines are perfect, because there's no place like your mother's arms.
