If Angels Could Fly

You’re like my spare tire
because when I break down,
you’re always there to bring me back up
If I was a bird,
then you’d be my wings
because you always have the power to lift me
and let me soar
over clouds
through trees
around skyscrapers.
You are my windshield wipers,
because you clean off anything that’s bugging me
And if you were an angel,
(which is a weird thing to say
because honestly I think you are)
then I would be assured
that dreams are reality.
