Letting go

She knows that she has it all
The help that she needs
The love that surrounds her
But she doesn’t want it
She feels like she’s acting
That the person that goes by her name
Isn’t her at all
All she wants to do is let go
Give in to the anger that she’s feeling
She wants to smash things,
And yell,
And runaway,
And cry
But she knows that she cant
Because what would people think about her then?
Shes worked so hard for it all
But she just wants to be herself again
And its starting to come through
All that shes worked for
Down the drain.
