Misunderstood

She was just a child,
not a care at all.
Adults built her up,
just to watch her fall.
The world misunderstood,
and teachers didn't care.
Her heart broke,
before she fully understood.
She sad part is,
the world knew it would.
The world is a selfish place.
No sign of help.
Not a trace.
Her heart has been broken.
Every since she began..
to understand..
To this day..
She is just misunderstood.
