Forever and Always
Have you ever wondered what's worth fighting for,
when he first stepped through your door?
Does he take your breath away?
And you feel like your going to sufficate?
Does the price outway your pain, as you look into his eyes
and hear him crying out your name?
Would you stand and fight?
Or would you rather lay down and die?
For us?
For you and I?
Have you ever wondered what's worth fighting for, when I first stepped through your door?
Would you save my dieing soul,
when I took the bullet that was meant for you,
and left your heart a big gaping hole?
You take me into your arms and silently cry.
I scream out in pain,
and you give me your last try.
You stand up and fight for me,
for you and I,
but a shot rang out and you hit the ground.
You look at me as your blood trickels down.
You reach out to grab hold,
but my hand is stiff and cold.
With your last dieing breath you say,
I love you baby forever and always.
