Dreamer- the sequel
Your touch is electrifying; a to-die for feeling.
It makes me freeze in place, and shivers run a marathon down my spine.
Your satin fingers lace themselves into mine; a perfect fit.
Your arms are strong around my waist, pulling me closer, never pushing me away.
Our bodies pressed hard against one another’s.
Our eyes meet and I can’t help but smile.
 Our lips collide, fearless.
But then a thought occurs to me…
 Is this all real?
 It can’t possibly be…
It has to be another dream.
Another cruel dream, but it’s not.
I pinch myself hard, secretly praying that everything is, in fact, real.
Nothing happens; I don’t wake up, mostly because I’m not asleep.
 It’s all real: reality.
It has spoken once again, and granted me my one wish.
Reality to be better than my dreams and it finally is.
