Take Off Your Sunglasses
I wish you would take off your sunglasses and actually see what there is to be seen.
I can't wait here everyday hoping you will actually see me.
I can't stand still this long knowing you're already going to break my heart into tiny razor like pieces,
I want you to see me and realize we're meant to be.
I can't understand why its so hard for you to see this.
While I'm standing here all alone I can't seem to think straight.
I want you to be with me.
I want you to hold my hand when it's there empty handed.
I want you to hug me and tell me everything will be okay now that your here.
But most of all, I want you to see me for me and realize that we're meant to be.
But you can't see any of this without taking off your sunglasses.
