"Don't forget to be kind to be kind to strangers. For some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it."
"Sometimes smart people can do very, very stupid things."
"Being nice to people will get you far."

The summer sun is
like the droning of the bees.
Always there,
ready to pester you.
The stillness of summer
prickles, like a red
sunburn from a day
at the beach.
The winter wind
is like a whiplash,
slashing at your face
with wild ferocity.
But the stillness of winter,
it is like a paradise;
snow on the ground,
icicles dangling from rooftops,
your breath in the air,
the sun peaking at you
behind a sheath of clouds,
with feeble yet brilliant rays.
