Our love is pained and strained,
because our love has changed.
Your temper and your jealousy,
have gotten in the way.
I tried to help you change,
because your temper brought me pain
your jealousy put strain on me.
I tried to help you,
but I’m sorry.
I know you will be sad,
I know it will hurt.
We had a long run,
But it just didn’t work.
