The Cracks and Grooves
Shakespeare once said, “All the world’s a stage,”
 And I couldn’t agree more.
But it also seems to be like a game.
Between the handsome, rich, and poor.
 This game is a battle,
 We fight ‘til our death.
 Herded like cattle,
Entrapped in a vicious, snaring web.
 Acting out through lies
Pretending to be sweet and kind,
To all those who we despise
 We’re traveling a lonely journey.
 Guarding all our moves.
Trying to find where we fit,
In life’s unforgiving cracks and grooves.
