I’ve climbed every mountain,
Summited every peak,
Yet there is still this emptiness
Inside of me.
I met the women of my dreams,
Started a beautiful family,
Yet there is still this emptiness
Inside of me.
I have more money than I can count,
Drive a Maserati and a Bentley,
Yet there is still this emptiness
Inside of me.
Paris, Hong Kong, New York City,
There's nothing left I haven’t seen.
And yet there is still this emptiness
Inside of me.

The author's comments:
Sometimes I feel empty and angry when I have no real justification. I've grown up in a stable, two parent household and am loved by my elders. Even when I count my blessings I feel so empty sometimes and can't stop thinking how full rich kid's glasses look compared to mine.
