Truth
The truth,
from the old
crappy
speakers
of my phone
roll into the depths of my ears.
Swelling,
swirling,
swooshing
through my cheeks,
my face.
Laying down makes it easiest
for pain to control
so why can’t I do anything else?
Finally reaching my brain for a reaction,
It leaves through my eyes
along with the tears I cry.
I miss you.
So why don’t I want to see you?
Sounds strange
but the thruth is
I can learn to forget you
through the words
on my paper.
