I’m sorry I ignored you
when you said hello,
But it hurts me to see you
as you are now.
I’m sorry we don’t
hang out anymore,
But it’s not only
my fault.
I’m sorry I wasn’t there
when you needed me,
But you weren’t there for me.
I’m sorry I didn’t tell you
all of my secrets,
But you lost my trust.
I’m sorry if I seem
to have changed,
But there’s nothing I
can do about that now.
I’m sorry we’re
no longer friends,
But you’re the one
who pushed me away.
I may have a lot
to be sorry for,
But I’m not the only one
who needs to
Apologize.
