You abandoned

A place we call my heart

A haunted whisper
Playsback your empty promises

Steps we took
Turned into stairs
Every one
Brought me closer to the truth

An empty armchair
Next to the false “love”seat.

Dust that has settled
Floats away with
One
Single
Breath.
