When the Wind Blows
When the wind blows he lets the trees whisper sweet nothings in my frostbit ears. The leaves gather around and brush by my shivering skin, as I twirl round and round with his hollow hands in mine. He gently kisses me with his wintery breath. I hold out my wings as he draws me close and caresses my cheek, as we escape Earth's grasp. I close my eyes and breath him in. His breath gives me life, his love sets me free. Without him I can not be, without him I'll blend into nothingness.
