I'm the only one who can bring me down
Now when I look back at all the signs you showed,
all the times I should have known in my heart.
And ohh all the times I did but wouldn't dare admit not to a soul, especially not to my own.
Even when your nightmares wake me and the night is at it's darkest hour.
I will not shed the first tear, nor let out a single cry between my lips.
No my eyes shall not glaze over with weak secretions begging to breathe free.
I will pick up my paper and ink, show the world their not going to kick me.
I'll cry in my own way.
The kind in which I hope to follow in the foot steps of great artists.
And make those who matter proud.
