Of tomorrow,

We are the spaces
between the grass
blade where light
trickles through
Little rivers
big dreamers
Paddle down streams
carved with false
intentions
Of tomorrow
for the rain.
But that just makes
the water roar.
Lap around our collar
Bones are
soggy now.
These spaces
just drown you.
