Your voice
is poetry
You speak
and throw ideas at me
While I try to catch them
Your eyes
are the song
I can't get out of my head
Trying to sleep
Lying in bed
Your steps
are the rythmn
to the lyrics
I scratch down on paper
Because it makes me feel better
Your touch
is the feeling
I try to capture
but haven't yet mastered.

Very cool. i like this a lot. i love the line "your eyes are the song i can't get out of my head", it's as if you can see through his eyes and into his mind where music is bouncing around. You should publish the poem you entered into the contest! Send it in! It was great, thank you for entering! :)
