Summer Time Fly
Clap your hands
If you the man
Hell brush the dirt off
Whether you hard
Like a body guard
Or chill and soft
Get it poppin all night
Light up the block
I don’t mean go fight
I mean have fun a lot
Ladies I aint forget you
I’m not that forgetful
Listen fast like flash
Don’t act like trash
Mama strut your stuff
If you west Indian like Haiti
Indian indian like natives
Or no Indian I’m just sayin
You are a lovely lady
Take a bow like now
But don’t get to crazy
Lets all drift off and get fly
I’m not talking get fly
Like put on a nice suit or tie
Nor am I talking the fly
Like going out with a cute guy
I’m talking the kind of fly
That lies in your mind
Where no prison can confine
I mean its summer time
The time to really unwind
A time you have so much fun
That before it’s said and done
You won’t know it flew by
It hit you like you’re blind
Kinda like poop from out the sky
Shoot my summer is so damn good
It makes me wanna freakin cry
And I’m from the hood
You know I aint gotta lie
My life been too hard to front
Or sit around and just act shy
Man I’d rather die
