It Misses You
Your eyes are my two personal suns
 Warming me with every glance
Your hand is my perfect puzzle piece
 Our fingers click

 Your smile makes me bubble
I want to be your jester
Your arms wrapped around me are my safe cocoon
 I want to be trapped

With my head against your chest
 I feel complete
 Protective warmth surrounds me
 Radiating from your looks
 Your smiles
 Your hands
 Your arms
 Your chest
 Your embrace
They all whisper that I am safe
 I feel saved

 Daydreams and memories
All reflected in the rear-view mirror
 -ed after most verbs
 Your eyes were
 Your hand was
 Your smile made
 Your arms were
 I felt complete
 I was safe

You forgot to guard my heart
 And so did I
Torn by the one it longed for most
 And the funny thing is
 It still misses you.

This is what I feel because it cannot be just spoken. It contains not bitterness, but sadness. Let it touch your senses to penetrate your heart.
