Anything less than perfect
Is dirt to them.
I turn my back

Dew that’s been held in

The echoing in my head starts
The negative comments
I can’t help but
Believe.
No one’s there to
Tell me they’re
Wrong.
They over take me
I’m drowning
In the sea of
Loneliness and hopelessness.
I’m never good at anything
Always second best
Hard to believe
I’m not any of those.
I’m jealous of the clouds
Who hang there freely above me.
No cares, no hate
The sky is bountiful
And
Never Ending
Tears drown my face
Leaving it’s deep
Trail of Sorrow
That I wish one day
Hope will carry away.
