the flower petals land
gracefully
on plush grass
after drifting down
to the rhythm
of my words
like flying
one minute on top
of the world
the next
plummeting
falling
down
into the black abyss
hoping
for that roller coaster ride
to lift you up
only to fall
again
he loves me
he

me
not

This is about once when a guy I liked, liked me back, but sometimes it'd seem liked he loved me, sometimes like he couldn't care less if I disappeared.
