I'm scared to tell you the truth.
I didn't think you would love me again.
A lie that has built up inside.
I keep hiding this terrible sin.
What I wouldn't do to take it back.
If I could just explain what I did wrong.
I could just leave it in the past.
We could both be strong.
We could let it go.
I could feel the weight off my back.
We could stay the same forever.
And our love would never slack.
