I see them together
Tender
Both adorable,
Young
I feel no envy,
Definite
In their happiness

Satisfaction
Fills me as I gaze
Wondering
At the miracle I see
Assuming
They have everything
Unquestionable

Such different lives
Surviving
Barely. Whereas they appear
Confident
In their identity
Together
So perfect

The author's comments:
I wrote this after seeing my friend and his girlfriend together, and they looked so happy and perfect :) something nice to see on a rainy day

Very nice! You do very nicely with the rythm and metering.  Keep it up. You write good poetry!  <><
